 Accreditation

Southern Assocation of Colleges and Schools,
Council on Accreditation and School Improvement

St. Casimir Catholic School, Canton, was first granted accreditation by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools in August, 1996. The school continued to be fully
re-accredited by MSA until Spring, 2010.  At that time, the Archdiocese of Baltimore obtained diocesan accreditation for all schools from the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools, Council on Accreditation and School Improvement through the protocol of Advanced Ed.  As a result, St. Casimir Catholic School is now fully accredited by SACS CASI.      

Our School

Nestled in the heart of Canton, St. Casimir Catholic School has provided a high quality education to families generation after generation in a warm, nurturing, safe environment since 1902. In partnership with St. Casimir's Church, we foster the development of young people who will become competent, faith-filled, productive members of society. The school strives to meet the challenge of preparing our students for a technological world that is still developing and ever changing!

Due to our location two blocks from the Canton Waterfront, St. Casimir Catholic School students have a unique opportunity to develop an appreciation of the Chesapeake Bay watershed, ecosystem, and habitats in an urban environment. Our strong efforts in this area earned us the Maryland Green School Award since 2004. We were the first Baltimore City school - public or non-public - to receive this recognition!
